Watermelon Citrus Sorbet Smoothie Recipe


Treat yourself with a delicious, refreshing smoothie made with AllWhites® egg whites for a healthier meal option!    Watermelon Citrus Sorbet Smoothie Ingredients:    • 1/3 cup Natalie's all natural strawberry lemonade  • 1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites  • 1-1/2 cups chopped seedless watermelon*   • 1/2 cup frozen lemon sorbet or sherbet  • ½ cup low-fat lime yogurt  • 2 tbsp torn fresh mint leaves, if desired    Directions:    Step 1: Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.     * For a thicker smoothie, freeze chunks of watermelon in a single layer on a baking sheet for about 30 minutes.
