In that case, I will locate a package and send it back. However, I do not
want a replacement. I will need a week to find a package for shipment and
upon receipt I insist on a full refund on the sauna and shipping.

This is an item I've had just over a month and I do not believe I should
have to suffer the costs. This sauna was $200 and supposedly is warranted
for life so I expect verseo to handle this. I obviously did not keep the box
the sauna came in and due to the size and shape, cannot fathom where to
acquire an appropriate package. Please expedite a relief to this matter.
